Wheels pesto zucchini and shrimp

 

Wash the zucchini, cut them coarsely and blend with olive oil, garlic (not too loud), half of the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, basil and salt. Add a little water of the pasta. Must be a creamy mixture: possibly add oil.

Wash and peel the shrimp, add them to the pesto. Toast the pine nuts and remaining add these.

Boil the pasta in plenty of water, drain, season and add grated cheese to taste
