Spaghetti alla puttanesca

 

Heat the pan in olive oil, add the garlic and red pepper; When the garlic is browned, remove it and add the anchovy fillets. Make them melt over low heat, and then add the tomatoes.

Cook the tomatoes and almost cooked add the olives cut in half.

Cook pasta in salted water, drain and toss in the pan of sauce.
