ALMOND CAKE HEAVEN @

 

Put sugar and almonds in a food processor and blend until a flour well mixed. Knead this mixture along with eggs, starch, flour, butter and almond aroma. Combine yeast and continue to knead. The dough should be very smooth. * Grease a baking dish of 28 cm, bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes (depending on oven). Invert the cake while it is still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar. If you want you can fill with pastry cream with almond.
