Emilia Tuscany biscuits dessert

Cantucci are Tuscan biscuits with almonds that are tasted dunking them in Vin Santo (sweet wine typical of Tuscany).
Sift the flour, add sugar, baking soda and vanilla. Mix with eggs and immediately add the almonds. Be very careful because the mixture should be handled before it is compact and almonds tend to come off (press them back inside). Form  a little crushed salami and bake at 200 °: should not toast! When cooked, cut into slices, possibly with the electric knife or serrated and put back on the plate. Brown them for 5 minutes in a hot oven, prepared flat.
