ANCHOVIES STUFFED BAKED

 

Clean the anchovies and open them as a booklet, keep aside about 1/4. Put the bread in milk (after having removed the outer crust) and wring it out, put it in a blender with eggs, cheese, anchovies kept aside, a clove of garlic and marjoram. Add salt and pepper. Chop with mixer until you have a smooth paste. Put into a pan baking paper and anchovies, open and sufficiently spaced; with the help of a spoon put the filling on anchovies. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and a little oil. Bake at 180 ° for about 15 minutes.
