Salty cake shrimp and cod

 

Boil the potatoes. Remove the thorns and wash the cod, then sprinkle it with perfumed bouquet (parsley, marjoram, thyme) for 7/8 minutes from the boil

Meanwhile shell the shrimp, cut them roughly leaving a dozen whole and put them in a bowl with lemon juice.

Crush the potatoes, combine an egg, chopped parsley, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add a fresh ginger chop (optional: do not like everyone).

In a frying pan warm a thin layer of virgin olive oil and add the shrimp down and jump for a couple of minutes. Combine potatoes.
