Fish in foil (sea bass, sea bream)

Fillet the fish. Oil the baking paper, lay the first fillet, salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into cubes after removing the seeds; lay the cubes on the fillet. Rinse the capers; put 4/5 capers on the fillet; cut 3 black olives in oil in half and place these on the fillet. Add a pinch of oregano and 2 finely chopped basil leaves. Season with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and cover with the second fillet. Close the bag and bake for about 15/20 minutes at 180 °.
